According to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons concerning the processing of personal data and free circulation of such data, amended and supplemented and the provision of law 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. has the obligation of manage in safety conditions and only for the purposes stated hereinafter the personal data that you provide us about yourselves, a member of your family or another person. The purpose of collecting personal data is the registration and the transfer of the passenger’s personal data in order to:
» make sure that the website is relevant to your needs;
» provide you with the confirmation of the services that you purchased using the
on-line system and to provide you with additional services (changes in programme, route, operation programme, etc.);
» register you name in the myBlueAir loyalty programme;
» send you offers, advertising and marketing messages;
» inform you by email and by phone, by SMS or any other electronic means of communication, on the promotions conducted by S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. or partner companies.
We also mention that S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. may not use the personal data provided by you in other purposes but the ones stated above, except for when such purpose is clearly stated in written.
You have to provide the personal data in order to keep record of the passengers, in order to register such data for security purposes or for the purpose of providing information concerning the changes occurred in the service for which the data sent have been requested, as well as for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
The personal data registered are to be used by the S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A. operator and are communicated only to the users settled by S.C. BLUE AIR TRANSPORT AERIAN S.A..

Unaccompanied minors, Romanian citizens – aged between 6 and 18 years. They will pay an additional fee of 50 eur/flight segment/passenger.
Unaccompanied minors, other nationalities - aged between 6 and 14 years. They will pay an additional fee of 50 eur/flight segment/passenger.
Children, Romanian citizens – aged between 2 and 18 years. They must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Children, other nationalities – aged between 2 and 14 years. They must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Infants - aged between 1 month and 23 months. No seat is given to an infant who must always be accompanied by an adult. An adult may accompany only one infant.

The transaction you will develop at the end of the PAYMENT PROCESSING order shall develop on absolute certainty, according to the 3D secure standards for cards MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro. 3 D Secure is an authentification system of the identity of cardholders, in the electronic environment.
Your personal data concerning the card (number, expiry date, code), along with the BLUE AIR transaction particulars (transaction number, booking ID, amount) shall be processed within a secure location, without the possibility of being traced, copied or subject to fraud.
In this way, BLUE AIR or other partners do not have access to the information connected to your card.
Types of cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express issued abroad or in Romania.
For transactions made by the mentioned cards, an administrative tax of 6 EUR/pax/segment shall be applied, which shall be added to the ticket price, or the equivalent in the selected currency rounded at the entire value.
Your reservation shall be made and confirmed immediately and automatically, and within maximum 30 minutes, the plane tickets and receipt will be transmitted automatically at the mail address you indicated when you made the order.
For converting foreign currency into Romanian lei (RON), Blue Air uses an internal exchange rate.
This exchange rate is the exchange rate from BNR+2%, *rounded up to 0.05 RON or 0.1 RON ( e.g.: if 1 euro at the exchange rate of BNR+2% is 3.78 RON, then Blue Air shall round up this rate to 3.80 RON).
The passengers have the option to pay in the currency they have ( Euro, USD, GBP or RON), informing the Blue Air agent, when the ticket is issued, on the currency they wish to use for the payment of the plane ticket, or selecting themselves the currency, if the ticket is bought online.
The price in GBP or PLN (polish zloty) is displayed with an informative purpose. The effective extracted sum on your card will be computed by your Bank at an exchange rate which is established daily by the following associations: Visa/mastercard/American Express. It is possible that supplementary fee is applied. For additional information please contact the issuer bank of you card.
